Releases healing essential oils into the body. Contains Organic Chamomile and Lavender Essential oils. No chemicals, no mineral oils, no petrochemicals, no nasties! Gentle on the delicate skin of babies over 2 months and children. For use on Children. If using for an infant, use a small amount and massage into the soles of the feet before applying socks. For external use only. Avoid contact with eyes. Do not use by mouth, with tight bandages, in nostrils, on wounds or damaged skin. Dilute with oil, wash off with warm to hot soapy water.   20g pot

These natural ingredients warm the chest, and ease muscle aches, releasing healing Essential oils into the body. Essential oils have an uncanny way of knowing where they’re needed 🙂 Some of these Essential oils in the adult blend are possible skin irritants for some sensitive individuals. Please use with caution and if irritation occurs, apply a plain oil like olive, sunflower etc and dilute the oils already on your skin. Dilution is with oil, not water. However, the Essential oil dosage is lower than in Vicks Vapor rub, so should not cause any problems.
